First off hello everyone I'm new. I'm 16 and I've loved Logan's Run since I was a kid and recently rediscovered it's brilliance.

I also recently ordered the FSM soundtrack. It hasn't arrived yet because it will take a while to get from the US to here.

My question is to any of the people who have that soundtrack; is the music where Logan and Jessica are sat in the tree - where she says "Don't ever let go" - included on the soundtrack in one of the tracks?

I really hope so because I love that bit of music there :)

Concerning the FSM Movie Soundtrack, you'll be pleased to know that that particular bit of music IS included on the soundtrack. It's actually included in a section of the much longer track, "The Monument". The piece of music you mention is the flute variation of the Logan's Run "Love Theme" I believe and it's a terrific piece of music indeed!

The FSM version of the Logan's Run soundtrack that's coming your way includes every piece of music from the film (including the Extended version of the Love Shop)!

It's a great soundtrack to have in your collection and I know you'll be very pleased with it!

"The Monument" is one of the best scores from the album. Also, it was included on all of the earlier Logans Run soundtrack releases. It was also included as an updated version on the Jerry Goldsmith "Frontiers" Soundtrack album.

To this day, I'll never understand why this soundtrack was not nominated for an Academy Award that year.

Goldsmith won the Oscar that year though for his "The Omen" score. Even though the Omen score was great too, it's a shame that the LR soundtrack wasn't nominated also.

Yes when I read the track listing I suspected It would be included in that track because of the order of things and the fact that 'The Monument' is around 8 minutes long. I'm very glad to hear that piece is included! :D

If every single bit of music is included than am I right in saying that the music from the scene where Logan and Jessica are swimming (when the lifeclocks are clear) is also there? I love that 'Love Theme' it's one of the best sequences of music I've heard.

Now I've just got to wait for what is going to seem like aaaages for it to arrive :(

The FSM soundtrack is one of my favorites. I have an old 8 Track version of the Logans Run soundtrack and finally they put out a great complete version.
"The Monument" is my favorite piece in that score and I like that they included music from the cut Ice Sculpture scene,too.
