Hey there! How's everything? I saw an interesting movie over the Holidays. I didn't think I would like it, but it was really good. Phantom of the Opera...incredible music! Somewhat like Moulin Rouge but better. Just thought you might be interested. Talk to ya later!

Hey beyedjenny,

Welcome to the Circuit! Hope you had a great holiday!

I saw the "Phantom of the Opera" stage musical performed live at the Kennedy Center about 12 years ago. It's one of the best live musicals I ever saw. The music is great, as well as the story.

I haven't seen the film version yet, but am planning to. I also haven't heard the movie soundtrack yet. I'm not sure if it can hold up to the original Michael Crawford and Susan Brightman 'Phantom' performance, but am willing to give it a listen.

Glad you liked it! IMO, it's one of the best musicals ever produced! I hope the film version does the stage musical justice.

Talk to you again soon.....

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and best wishes in the New Year. Here's a very nice picture of The Wookie Life Day Cerimony taken from the Star Wars Holiday Special which originally aired November 17th 1978.

Happy Life Day All... :D

Paulx - December 7, 2005 05:44 AM (GMT)
How do I access the Wookie Life Day photo? :wtf:

Logan5 - December 7, 2005 01:59 PM (GMT)
Running Man,

It appears that the website (Star Wars Holiday Special) that this picture is on does not allow for the direct linking of pictures - something that my website doesn't allow either.

So for Paulx and everyone else,

here's the Life Day picture that wasn't shown in the above post by Running Man.

I just watched this on DVD for the first time about a month ago and I must say that this special is truly a work to behold!! I had forgotten just how painful (yet curiously enjoyable) it truly was to watch!!

In any case --

Happy Life Day to all, and to all a good night! :lightsaber:
