Hey does anybody know if the cast of the first Logan's Run Movie or the TV show will be used in anyway for the remake?

A lot of us Logans Run fans have been suggesting that Michael York make some sort of cameo appearance in the new Logan film.

Back in March 2004, Julien (one of our French World of Logans Run fans) went to a Michael York appearance over in France and asked him the following questions on our behalf. Here they are again - with his replies:


Q - What do you remember the most about your experience in filming Logan's Run?

MY: well actually, I'm proud that the movie still exists (laughing). Back to the 70's, It was a great and original experience, we didn't think it would be noticed because of the starwars success...


Q - Have you been contacted for the Logan's Run remake? (Julien says he barely managed to finish the question for us; York saw it coming...)

MY: Yeah, yeah, the Bryan Singer's one... I've already talked to the director, I might at least make a cameo.


Q - Do you still see Jenny Agutter from time to time?

MY: Yes, I've made 2 movies with her after that, we're still in contact. She's...(sigh)... "superbe" (laughing)!


Hopefully we will get to see Michael York in the new Singer film.

As for any other original Logan cast members.... we haven't heard.... yet
