Over the past couple of years, I've received a few emails (like the post above) from concerned collectors asking me if I had anyway of getting in touch with John C. from Australia, as he does seem to take a very loooooooong time to get back to people. Needless to say, they were inquiring about services owed to them that were never fulfilled. Although he usually gets back to me in a relatively short period of time when I email him, the number of people who are unsuccessful make me question his total responsiveness to others.

Because of many of the questioning emails I've gotten over the past few months, I too would no longer recommend his services. He was very good about getting everyone's blasters to them about 5 years ago when he made his original sets, but lately, I no longer feel comfortable sending people his way. He made a great prop at one time - too bad his reputation fell dramatically.

To date, I know of no one who is currently making these working Sandman blaster replicas for the current Logan fanbase. Also, I can not locate our old friend DavidT who made his own blaster from scratch. He even gave John C some excellent pointers to perfect his versions. If anyone knows of a good current email address for DavidT, please let me know. I would love to get back in touch with him again.

And just to remind everyone out there, be careful when dealing with prop makers over the internet. Sometimes, even the ones who were trustworthy at one point, may eventually fall by the wayside....
