I remember the summer of 1977 very well... I spent most of it at The Strand theater in downtown Sunbury watching and rewatching Star Wars (before it was known as it is called today --- "A New Hope") over and over again!

I will never forget it!!

Belated Happy Birthday, Star Wars. I remember my cousin and I going to different theaters in Phila. and South Jersey to see it over and over again.

A great movie that still stands greatly on its own. I enjoyed the sequels (the original two), but they weren't a necessity. :lightsaber:

Here's a few pictures from The San Jose parade, these were actually taken a little while ago and they are from the First Impererail Stormtrooper Web site. But all over the country people are celabrating the 30th anniversary of Star Wars. I'm looking for some shots of Celebration IV from Los Angels to post. Having a little trouble finding some. I've been think about joining the 501 :D I guess I'm having a mid life crisis. :unsure: ...even priced the armor, probably cost about $1000.00 :lightsaber:

I too gotta get me one of those $1000.00 outfits. Loved the original Storm Tropper costume since 1977.
