Great find, Steve4!
This is an excellent little homage to Logan's Run, and follows ideas from the book pretty well - better than the 'real' movie did.
Spoiler Alert
I especially liked the part about the Gun killing an un-authorized shooter, as was the case in the book.
Too bad an unlucky citizen had to pick it up though.
