Here's some minor info on the new Star Trek Movie in case anyone is interested... I myself like these movies although lately they had become kind of lackluster. They seem to be more like two hour TNG episodes than movies. ...

It's great to see Ben Cross in this film. I haven't seen much of him since his days as Barnabas Collins in "Dark Shadows" from the early 90s.

Hopefully, this film will 'jump start' the Trek series once again!

Hopefully it will jumpstart the whole Sci-Fi genre. Its been a pretty thin year, and last and was'nt much better. I saw Sunshine recently and was'nt impressed :zzzz: ...other than that I can't think of another Sci-Fi film that came out last year...I'm waiting impatiently for the LR re-make to be completed.
