I was watching some of the Brady Bunch marathon this past weekend on TVLand, when all of a sudden I see Nicholas Hammond of all people in an episode!!
Who can be the first one to 'identify' which Brady Bunch episode Nicholas Hammond (Hal14 from Logans Runs 'The Judas Goat') appears in and his character's name? You won't really win anything - except to say that you got it right first! It never dawned on me after all these years of watching countless Brady Bunch reruns that it was him, until this past weekend!

He appeared in the classic Brady episode "The Subject was Noses".

Nicholas played Marcia's 'popular' boyfriend, Doug Simpson. Doug breaks off his date with Marcia when her nose gets broken by an errant football.

When he sees Marcia's swollen broken nose, he tells her that 'something suddenly came up' and calls off their date.

At the end of the episode, when he sees that Marica's nose is all back to normal, he asks her out again, but it's too late! Marcia knows what kind of a creep Doug Simpson really is! Her on again, off again boyfriend Charlie gets the last laugh!

A classic!
