A toast to my favorite film.......

Yes! It's Pity that Logan's Run is so forgotten by the public.

The most special thing of Logan's Run for me, is the nostalgia of another time (the seventies) that it transmits.

I prefer it that way. Kept it from having bad\unnecessary sequels, Special Editions, and embarrassing marketing tie-ins like potato chips, breakfast cereal, and baby clothes.

I agree, but for me it's because of the style of film that it is. It's story\character\dialogue driven - not special effects\shaky camera\music-video-editing driven. You have to give today's generation of short attention spans a video rollercoaster ride in place of actual story or thought.

Potato chips... HAHAHA! Well, I forgot to say another reason by I love this movie: Jenny Agutter!

Now I would like to ask one thing: somebody knows if continues existing the "lagoon" in which Logan and Jessica swim? I say just after leaving Box.

I believe it is still there. Those scenes were filmed at Fox Ranch. In the mid-seventies the state of California purchased that land from 20th Century Fox, and opened it to the public as "Malibu Creek State Park."

Wow! Yes! Thank you! It seems that fourth last photo is the dry river that Logan and Jessica pass, just the same of the missing scene whith Francis. Truth?

If Logan's Run remake becomes Jenny Agutter and Michael York must have a role, York as the old man and Agutter as his woman. Why not! It would be touching.

I'm still hoping for an updated DVD of "Logans Run". Is there any word on any of the deleted scenes? I know some people say it's been destroyed,others say only some has been destroyed,and some don't know. I was wondering if there's been any word lately. I had got the rebuilt footage of the opening scene where Francis kills that Runner from the City of Domes site.

Logan has always been my favorite film. Seen it now 47 times. I always thought it would be cool to create a computer game. I can't belive that i just found his site!
I am open to a remake. Lets hope that the studio execs get off there ass

There was never enough footage of her nude scene. I used to play that scene over and over again when i was a kid. I love her in that green outfit, phew
