Are there any sandman out there here attend Sci-fi Conventions in full garb. I am just about finished with my out fit and equipment. Just wondering if Iam the only one going to "track runners" at sci-fi conventions?

I think It would be really cool to do this and I probably would if I could convince my freinds to do it with me but none of them have the balls. I been toying with the idea of buying a Storm Trooper Costume as well ( Star Wars ) but they're very expensive. To get a decent looking one, your looking at at least $1500.00 big money, and buying a cheap looking one is simply out of the question. Once again if I could convince my freind to do it also I'd attend the Sci Fi show every year at the Toronto Convention center full decked out in my battle armor... :D

I think this is a GREAT idea!! I have been having the same idea as of late.

I think the only snag is the age factor.....it seems sad to limit a fan that wants to be a Sandman and have fun is that they are too old. :shake:

I am in the process of drafting my pattern even as we speak!

There was another guy, Daniel Day, on Vikki's Dome site that had an incredibly nice uniform!
