As so many people just got exam results or are getting them next week i thought maybe people would like to share! :D

I'm not getting mine till next week so not much for me to say, except congratulations to my brother who got his four as and is off to oxford.

I just got my GCSE results - eleven A*s and one A! Yippee! It was the highest in the school, too. :D :D :D

Hmmm. Is a 'B' good? See and my school (A stage school) we do GCSE Drama earlier than the other, academic exams. And I got a B. I mean it's all right, but I thought I could do better.

i think if you took it a year early a B is great and congrats to littlered too

A B is a very good grade! Most schools hope their students will get C's, the country as a whole usually gets somewhere between B's-D's in the GCSE's (people who get littlered's type grades are quite rare).

Then of course you've got my old school where they just hoped you'd turn up to the exams. A grade was a plus! A lot of my peers left with E's F's and G's, so I wouldn't worry about the fact you have a B, it's ace.

I left school with mostly C's and a few D's, I have a couple of B's and one A (in a bloody shortcourse though, which means it's worth chips!), and one E, which I was expecting to fail altogether.

Congrats Littlered and Luvinit! My brother got 8 A*s and 3 As, so he's happy. This week's been strange - one brother's A levels then the next's GCSEs!

result arrived this morning - a* in stats.

:P to my father, who said i wouldn't get higher than an a cos i didn't have very good course work.

btw, this isn't that exciting for me, cos everyone at my school that's taken that exam got either an a or a*. i''m just happy i wasn't the first one to get a b.

I'm so imprssed by the grades you people (and your relatives) have got. I never got any As or A*s when I did my GCSEs. I thought it was rarer than it obviously is to get them.
