I think you've got to feel sorry for Karen. She's a really nice person and puts up with so much bullying. Yes, I can relate to her in various ways. :(

I find her unbalanced, she's very needy, but also it would appear a bit of a nympho. I just can't figure her out, I don't know why Martin ever went out with her. Sorry, but I feel her only role in GW is to be the butt of the jokes, that's her whole point.
I will admit it was quite sad when the mugs were piling up and no one noticed she wasn't there, but I don't really like her.

I agree with Kitty, her character was just bizarre and dare I say-badly written in series 2. It just made no sense for someone who had been nowhere near sperm, (except when she had some on her skirt once on the tube) to suddenly become sex mad. The writers were very lazy with her character in the second series, making her unlikable.

i like her!
shes pritty in her own way and has some strenth in her (shes bullyed by the office girls).
i like her mainly though coz she IS nice and some what shy.

I can see your point but I don't think it's unbelieveable as she could have sex, find how much she lurves it and then just want it all the time, particularly as she's been waiting so long for it, so we're led to believe. I was more surprised by her being so wild in bed (according to Martin) but you never can tell, lol.
I do agree, Kitty, she was there to be the butt of the jokes, though.

Confidence, Rude all of that and taking in her new dress sense made me thing she's the new JOANNA!!
