you must choose a side Young Skywalker!! It is either The Force, or the Dark Side (aka Guy and Caroline)..

a few facts about Carmac just so you know your choosing the right ship:
1) Caroline has pretty much adored/loved Mac since the first episode.
2) Even some chavvy little kids could see that Caroline was the right one for Mac ('I think she's your one' or something to that effect)...you must know the episode I'm talking about, sue is giving a tour etc)
3) Guy only liked her this season, when she was emotionally unstable because of Holly messing with Mac etc......
4) Guy is a notorious bastard when it comes to women, he's loved caroline all of what, 2 minutes so he's bound to change is he?
5) MAC AND CAROLINE ARE DESTINED TO BE TOGETHER.
6) They've shared some amaznig kisses, some words....etc etc......He loves her more than Guy (Mac's look at Caroline at the housewarming party..

now, I'm trying to think of good things about Caroline and Guy.,....but there just aren't any its evil.!!!

I've always been a Carmac shipper, beacuse it's what the writers have intended for us to think of as the "central" relationship, and because Mac is just so wonderfully fanciable and lovely. But in the last few episodes, the Guy and Caro stuff has been quite cool too, as it seems to be making them happy, plus Guy looks like an amaaazing kisser, which means their scenes are rather fun to watch, lol! (ok..i sound like a real perve there, :-S)

I'd still obvisouly prefer Carmac though....

well obviously! haha

1. As even Caroline says, there has always been something between them, ever since she stayed at his flat.
2. Their kisses have been so very much better than her and Mac's.

4. Mac is extremely irritating and cannot say anything serious to her unless it's a DAMN METAPHOR!
5. Guy got a tattoo for her.
6. Guy actually told her how he felt.
7. Guy's not dying.
8. Guy is generally just better.

Caroline technically accepted Mac first, she went to the station to be wtih Mac NOT Guy, Guy is merely her second best.
Guy kisses like a newt on steroids who's currently on an LSD trip!! Ok, so the last two kisses weren't two bad, but both could not bring themselves to lean in for the kiss, so he basically attacked her!! And before that.......he looked like he couldn't decide what to do with his mouth!!

CarMac kisses are so much better, mainly because there is such a buildup to them and because there is a little thing called PASSION between them..

Lora4Dan, you forget to mention some crucial pro-Mac points:

1) He rides a motorbike, but seems like a safe person - helmets etc (apart from very end of last week, but that's understandable)
2) He appreciates the genius of the Kinks!!!!
3) He's lovely and tall (I have a thing for tall guys - not sure exactly why)
4) He'd make a really good dad - he wants what's best for Mackenzie, even though it means giving up what he wants most - Caroline.

Also, the coma, Holly coming back and the dying thing can't be counted as negatives - he couldn't help any of them. In fact, the coma was brought on by him trying to save the drunk and suicidal Guy.


I'm not saying Mac has no flaws - his need to cover true emotion with humour and analogies is really terrible for poor old Caroline (the eyebrow comment, anyone?) but he does have a lot of great points.

Just something to take into consideration, all those thinking of turning traitor....

and after all of that we're back to square one !! lol.

I'm all for Guy and Caroline but Caroline and Mac isn't bad at all. :P
