Title: Office Girls
Description: and other goofs from Episode 8

Did anyone else the major goof with the office girls. During the "chocolate cock" scene, they are all wearing different clothes
Karen is the most noticable as she changes from her none descript washed out beige to bright pink and black.

I'll be honest with you, I neglected with geeky duties last night and noticed no errors, continuity based or otherwise, because I spent most of the episode with my hands in front of my mouth, shaking my head slightly, saying "no no no" over and over :)

Ahhh well I am a true geek and only noticed this on the third viewing - I had to rewind as I am ever so slightly deranged at the moment and thought I was hallucinating.

I don't even know if I can bring myself to watch the repeat, reliving the whole frustrating episode may be too much.
I can't watch it tonight anyway as I'm babysitting, but by tomorrow, I might be able to. It'll still be annoying though, and I can't bare to watch mac fading again :cry
Roll on Dr. Who! Let's just hope David Tennant isn't killed by Cyber Men, or this weekend shall completely suck.

Here's a couple more continuity mistakes.
First one:
It's a different bathroom. Caroline's bathroom is imprinted on my brain because of the number of times I have watched the "sicky kiss" from Episode 5, Series 1.
The bathroom Guy and Caroline were using in this episode is completely tiled in white, has a different bathroom cabinet, a door in the wrong place, sink in the wrong place................
OK, OK I'll stop now.
Second one:
Still in the bathroom Guy's cow tattoo has disappeared - obviously meant to be a fake

See! :) He wouldn't seriously get a tattoo for her, tsk, that's back in character, hehe. Unless it was just forgotten by the crew...

Ohhhhh... sorry, I thought it was the other way round. Did you write the afore-mentioned 'fresians' scene though? If not, I may have to hand in my 'Ability To Spot Scenes Richard Wrote' scouting badge.
Had the actual tattoo vanished by 8 then? There was probably half an hours worth of scenes about home-made laser tattoo removal or something on the cutting room floor. Or maybe being consistent about characters and events isn't one of the things GW is best at, and by that time bits of gears and springs were already metaphorically littering the office floor. |
One of James Henry's many comments from his Blue Cat Blogg.

D'you know, I never noticed that!! I think my brain is fizzling out as that should be a fairly obvious one to spot.
It's a shame the tattoo wasn't there but it was more of a passing thing you weren't meant to think too hard about, I suppose, as it was just there for the one joke. On the subject of that, the actual joke was pretty weak, when you think about it, but it was done so perfectly it ended up pure class. :raiseroof :D

I noticed it, but it doesn't bother me to be honest, I'm too busy enjoying the show to care about the little mistakes.

*stares at POAP's sig.* Nope, no sign of a Freisian there. *sigh* But worth another stare just to check. ;)

hehe. At least Green Wing isn't exactly normal so goofs like that can be forgiven.
