im really torn - but i think from a blunt "fairness" point of view, guy isnt ever likely to find anyone else who will "tie him down", who he has felt like that beforehand, and we all know mac is capable of a long term relationship....
mac&caroline is sweet & cute & romantic & passionate, but guy&caroline is all that and awwwwwww lol.

I agree with you totally. Guy is sweet and hilarious in this series, but in terms of what the writers are trying to build up, Mac and Caro is the "canon" relationship and has been all along!

lol as much as i would loooooove caroline and guy to happen (sweetness factor to the max!), i think you lot are right, and the whole program is more about the trials and tribulations of mac and caroline's relationship, so this is the one that will be decided throughout the series. (and ep 9 - cant wait that long!)
