I certainly liked it, and I laughed a lot :) the duck frantically flying away was funny. And, well the whole thing, that hour goes so quickly, I can't believe another week has to go by yet. Still, Doctor Who is on tomorrow :) Mmm, David Tennant... *cough* hmm, yes anyway, it was a good episode.

On one hand I'm desperate for Mac to remember he fell in love with Caroline, but then it would be good if he fell in love with her all over again and then remembered :heart Or maybe remembers when he kisses her for the new first (but its really the second first time) time.

Er yeah, good episode, although the timing of the dead swan plot was a bit unfortunate what with the bird flu and that... But yeah it was good. Kind of sad to see Angela go though... boo. :(

I don't know if I'm seeing things, but for some reason on a lot of the screencaps, JRT seems to have a bit of a belly in the new series. I know this doesn't mean anything, I just thought it was weird. I think it's something to do with shadows, I just wondered if anyone else had seen it. See what you think.

Re taped it so we didnt skip the important bit, dad turned it on this morning and one of the first things I heard when I woke up was

I don't know, it might just be shadows, because when he turns side-on, it's not visable. Maybe I shouldn't watch these epidoses so carefully. But you know, now I've noticed it, I can't help it. Argh.

KofD, I think the 'shadows' are caused by the t-shirts he's wearing. In series one he wore normal shirts most of the time, and these are normally more flattering to the male physique. Well, in my opinion.

Yes I noticed that, but just right at the start when he's standing outside the hospital. But having just watched a clip of Mac's dream sequence when he's sumo wrestling Guy and there's no sign of a bear gut, I'm assuming that its the pink TS/camera angles, etc.....

This epsiode was superb, the best by far this series. I love how Sue has gone from a bit eccentric to a full-blown nutcase, she's amazing.

How horrible was Mac talking to Caroline about the 'misunderstanding'? I think my heart broke with hers :[ But he told her he loved her, so it's all good!

Not sure that Sue is ever, ever, ever going to get over Mac, but I agree that it would be good to see Guy fall for Caroline, though not sure if he'd ever want to admit it!

yeah, i think he likes her really, he just doesnt want to appear 'vulnerable' or soppy by admitting that he actually does like her - and because he has never heard of commitment and probably wouldnt want it to be awkward, or doesn't want to hurt mac's feelings when he knows he probably likes her.

I was just breathless with laughs for the whole thing. That goes on my list of best Green Wing episodes of which there are currently 12.

i had to drive up 2 north scotland for my a weekend, which is like 10 hours from my house, and that kept us entertained for quite some way!!! the "w" one is classic!

I had an extreme swell of love and appreciation for Boyce when he told Mac that he and Caroline were 'big buddies' I thought it was so sweet, and I was actually more angry at Guy for trying to jeopardise the Car/Mac relationship rather than Sue! Hah.

gw on fri was brilliant!!! one of the best one's ever i'd say!!!!! taped it on sat nite, then spent all day sunday watching it and rewinding the part where mac said he loved caroline!!!! is that a bit weird? (as im on a website of green wing fanatics im thinking no!) mac's ears were huge, but who cares? doesnt make him any less hot! yeah rosh i agree, i could have killed guy, sue was just funny. while watching it on fri, i used my clicker ( u know from the lynx ads) to count how many times i laughed. i counted 107 times (& thats with missing 10mins with guests!)! just goes to show how funny it really is!! 'a is for appendectomy, b is for barium'....cx

Let's hope tomorrows episode is just as good.

I was worried for a while as I was told I'd be babysitting tomorrow (7-12), which means no GW watching (too much swearing by far with little kids in close proximity). I know it's on twice, but I like watching it on the Friday more. Thankfully the busy mum was moving ahead a day, so it's Saturday :)

This time tomorrow it will all be over and we'll be avidly awaiting episode 5
