I love it! :) I especially like anything with Mark Ruffalo, but yeah, it was very light and fun. Besides, everyone likes different things.

poo on a plate - June 24, 2006 10:12 PM (GMT)
I just think he is one of the worst actors ever. He was ok in Speed, though. Quite fit in that. But after seeing him in Much ado about nothing I lost all faith.

kittyofdoom - June 24, 2006 10:19 PM (GMT)
I think the Matrix franchise wan quite bad for his career, he became known as the serious guy in black, which is never good. He used to be quite funny, and I do feel sorry for him, in his personal life (fate is an arse), still, this new film looks like a return to more normal roles, where he's not having to save the world from computer programmed evils. That's got to be good :)

Still, there are just some people you can't stand, for unknown reasons, and I respect that :) I personally cannot stand the Seinfield guy, no specific reason.

*debbie* - June 25, 2006 12:00 PM (GMT)
my fave movie at the mo is Americas sweethearts.
mainly coz i think the guy who plays "eddie".......

kittyofdoom - June 25, 2006 01:12 PM (GMT)
Is it John Cusack? He's nice

Mac'sBestGirl - June 25, 2006 01:51 PM (GMT)
I saw a film last night called The New World on DVD.... my bf got it out cos he thought it was gonna be all actiony (but it wasnt- haha).... It was actually really beautiful! I loved the way it was shot and it was very poetic! It had Colin Farrell in it  and this other guy whos name i really must find out cos he was  too!

Anyway- I recommend it- specially to people who like something a bit different from their movies!

(ps. I hate Keanu Reeves in everything except Speed)

xjessx - June 25, 2006 04:33 PM (GMT)
well if you hate his because of the films his been in then you should see the lake house it is awwww so so so good
................................................

the actor i hate the most has to be will ferrells i think it spelt like that....refuse to see any film which he is in...cant stand stupid trying to be funny just makes me angry

Mac'sBestGirl - June 25, 2006 04:37 PM (GMT)
Will Farrell?

Yeah, I dont like him either!! He is jus dumb! ALTHOUGH, I loved him in The Producers- so I may give him another chance!

xjessx - June 25, 2006 04:42 PM (GMT)

Well hopefully you won't go there for a long time, xjessx :) considering the metaphor they're suggesting in the film.

It's a very sad film, lovely, but sad.

xjessx - June 25, 2006 07:11 PM (GMT)
what is the metephor?
i may have missed it....is it that she's there coz she's dead
