I love Bree being drunk - suddenly she isn't the perfect housewife anymore B)

And it looks like there's hope for Mike and Susan maybe getting back together at some point in the future :)

Loved Series 1, have it on DVD but havent gotten into Series 2 at all.... :unsure:

I know what you mean. It's got a lot to live up to. I actually missed an episode the other week and wasn't at all bothered, but I was glued to the first series. Maybe it's because other things are far more important in life.

I love desperate housewives! I thought I wasnt that bothered about this series but now its nearly all over im quite sad!

I have two main points about DH tho,

1) Lynette RULES :notworthy she is the best character! I love her humour and her strength! and that she is sucessful and capable!
2) Mike is really HOT! Didnt notice this for ages! I thought he was okay looking, but recently realised he's a bit more than that!

This series was pretty crappy compared to the last one. I flicked channels through the ads, and missed most of the bloody ending! grr.

I agree, Lynette is by far the best character, she's the only consistant one and I can feel real sympathy for her, whereas the other women are just caricatures.

aww lynette has aways been my fav but bree is to because they both make me laugh and they are both very strong characters and i find it really sad when they break down...mike..what about tom yum although did hate him when i thought he was having an affair...i loved the flash backs there hair lol...hehe teri's frizz ball haha

Yeah I like Tom too- he was my fave till I realised how hot Mike was- Tom is a bit too much of a dad! lol. I like Tom and Lynette's relationship, I was angry as well when I thought he was having an affair! I hope if that ever happens to me I can do what Lynette did and just leave! She's great.

The flashbacks were good too- they were good final episodes!!

Lynette has always been my favorite - more so in the first series when she was still at home with all the kids (maybe it's because I've got three boys :o )

I've always liked Mike and the way he kissed Susan infront of her Ex husband - whooo ahhhh. But now he's all crumbled up on the road :cry

mind you he does look as if he should be presenting DIY SOS :lol:

Oh yeah!!!! :cry NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I think I had conveniently forgotton that!!! :o Thats 2 of my favorite men from two of my favorite shows been left dying!!!!! Why are they doing this to me?!

And Lynette was great as the stressed mum at home with the boys! But I also liked her sucessful business woman side!! It was funny seeing Tom at home with the kids! (3 boys IMO, wow! stressful!)

pleased that Betty is moving out of Wisteria Lane - I really didn't like their storyline at all.

can't believe Carlos would sleep with the maid when he has the hot blooded and sex mad Gabrielle

confused that the dentist was taking flowers to Bree at the end and not Susan, especially as he'd just scrambled Mike flat on the road.

confused again at the fact that Lynette and Tom's second son has looked older then the twins for the whole of this series

Although upsetting, I'm not nearly as devasted over Mike as I was/still am over Mac. I mean, I did manage to get to sleep very easily last night.

Yeah! That stuff with the dentist was really weird! But its all part of the big cliffhanger ending! He is obviously after Susan but doing it in a weird DH's statutory psycho way!!

And yes, i was much more upset about Mac! But still, poor Mike been left all mangled in the road!

Let's just hope the next series is a vast improvement on this one. Yeah - why was Carlos banging the maid? She's pretty but come on! Gabby is drop dead gorgeous!

husband murder by boy friend ...he then committed suicide
alocholic...meet nice guy who then sleeped with her son.....abandoned son
daughter ran away with murder...and now she got another potiental murder/crazy man on her back.......poor gal

yeah....poor Bree! Although I do prefer the less perfect Bree!! But she cud do wiv some luck!

And Carlos went after the maid cos she is having the baby! And he has been all family mad this season!

aww and it really broke gabby's heart when she found out,...cryied my eyes out when they took her baby away,..that has to be one of her best scenes

Ohhh yes that was another shot of someone standing in the middle of the road being dramatic cause something sad had just happened, which seemed to happen at the end of every episode. Not that I'm cynical or anything :P

And they always seem to be able to stand in the middle of the road doing sad/dramatic stuff with no traffic to run them over. Now I am being cynical :ph43r:

Yet Mike tries to innocently cross the road and gets MOWN DOWN BY A PSYCHO!

True, they quite often get run over in the road during the episode, but never right at the end.

Why has Susan gone back to the English guy, she should be fighting Edie for Mike.

Stupid Susan. Edie actaully made me so mad in the one on channel four. Does she really love him? Does he really love her. that is the question!

Im bored of Mike and his endlessly dodgy past, stick with the faux-accented english bloke (ian?) Susan. Her wardrobe is great by the way, really nice dress in the hold-up episode.

Is he British? His accent just annoys me. The thing with DH is i like it because of the murdury stuff, but some of the humor is annoyingly american and I don't find it very funny. Just watching it with my american relatives is weird cause they laugh at stuff I don't

haha so we have managed to confuse ourselfs!!

I manage to stop myself watching the next episode on E4, as then there'd be nothing to look forward to next week, and also I'd end up going to bed late every Wednesday.

Yes Bree's orgasm/stroke bit was funny and the really funny bit from the last series was when it was the funeral of Bree's husband and she suddenly flips and runs up to the open coffin to change his tie and she sits him up :lol:
