From the Telegraph's tv guide:
Billed as 'a Faust for our times', this new version (in five quarter-hour episodes) is by Martin Jenkins and Jonathon Holloway and makes him a donnish rake, good with words, a bit of a spellbinder, 'keen on sex but not getting enough'. Faust is played by Julian Rhind-Tutt, Mephistopheles by Mark Gatiss. Expect plenty of sexual predation, a powerful curse and odds on the Devil.
Apparently it is on at 10.45am and repeated at 7.45pm. Odd times...
:excited thanks for that. I haven't managed to get a Radio Times for this week so haven't been able to check for JRT on the Radio :)
Listened to all of this at the weekend. It's got some funny lines, JRT sounded brilliant, but he comes to a gory end (at least we didn't get sound effects) and Pippa Haywood just sounded like herself
