So people have been talking about all meeting up around christmas-time. I appreciate it may be nearer or even after New Year, but things like school holidays need to be taken into consideration! Thought we might need a thread to discuss it...

If you'd like to meet up then, please could you just reply saying whenabouts you are free and we'll try and make a compromise.

After New Year is really best for me - say between the 2-7th January. Or before that - 28th - 30th but thats a bit close to christmas!

Well college hols are 21st december to 7th of January
And I can't do weekends because I have to be in work..else they'll behead me or something similarly kind..

I'm 19th - 3rd, I'm busy from 19th - 22nd. Actually probably from 19th till Boxing Day.

then I'm free except maybe New Years, but I don't know.

Also, I have two mocks on the third.

my holidays are from the 12th of december and i go back on the 3rd of jan. im going to be revising on my birthday :(

not between the 17th of december and the 3rd of january because of the christmas rush, none of us are allowed to book time off.

I am in London up until the 20th December then im going home to my Dads for Christmas and back to work in London on the 3rd Jan so before the 20th December would be good for me, although saying that - im not free during the day as i cant get time off work so i could only do weekends!

Okay...so theres obviously not going to be one day when everyone can make it. How about the 3/4/5th (thats a thursday, friday, saturday) of January? Because then surely everyone might have one day or even a few hours one day free and we can meet in stages?!

I could do the 5th! I dont have any more holiday i can take this year unfortunately. It will be impossible to find a day that everyone is fre on - you're right. We will just have to see what date is best and try and fit in then!
