New Film Gets Green Light Good news... Bono, Bob, Brian And Me has finally started filming. Steve must be in Greenland at the moment if the following article is to be believed:-
Helen Baxendale has revealed that she is joining the effort to make the country more climate aware - by making a film about green issues.
The Cold Feet actress's production company Shooting Pictures started filming the feature in Greenland this week.
"At the moment the working title is Bono, Bob, Brian And Me and it's a comedy about two men who walk to the North Pole to raise awareness of green issues," she said. "I've been involved in its development for quite a long time."
As the first Carbon Neutral, Vegetarian, Organic, Unassisted expedition ever to be attempted, the men are being followed by Adventure Plus, a cable channel who are pretty sure things will not go quite according to plan and want to make sure that whatever happens is caught on film.
Cast members include The Green Wing's Stephen Mangan, Rhys Thomas from The Fast Show, Northern Lights actor Mark Benton and Feston star Ulrich Thomas.
"I won't be joining them in Greenland for filming," Helen adds. "But I'll definitely be at the shoot in England."
