I thought I'd post it here anyway as most people watch it and well tamsin's in it so it rules :D
well after talking in the love soup thread on the forum it inspired me to write a love soup fic as I want certain things to happen so I thought i should write a whole story about what sould occur in the next series

I hope people like it :D

The play was only half way through. Alice was desperate to leave, to her it just wasn't funny! She headed off to the bar for a few drinks
maybe I'll find it a bit more amusing once I've had a few - I don't know why I even bothered to came... because I had nothing better to do and they wanted me to make up the numbers!
Alice was soon joined by her cousin's who had dragged her along in the first place. "so Allie, what do you think so far it's fab isn't it?"
oh gosh don't ask me I can't say that I don't like it - that would appear very rude wouldn't it? oh gosh why is asking such a simple question so hard to answer?
"I don't know, it's quite good I suppose..."
"Quite good? it's brilliant!"
"yeah I suppose it is..."
"Suppose? Gosh Alice I don't understand why don't get this play?"
"I do I just.. don't, find, it funny..."
oh gosh can you please stop asking me questions now - I just want to forget that I'm here.

Well here I am, at yet another play, oh gosh, why do I drag my self into these things. I could have taken her somewhere decent - somewhere funny. But well if she likes it then i guess that will do - I better go off and get some drinks...

As Gill walked towards the bar he saw a woman, rather timid and out of place. She seemed to be the only other person in the room that was not enjoying herself or the play for that matter. His eyes were fixcated on hers but she didn't seem to see him. Once Gill had received his drinks from the barman he turned to leave, and there he saw her once again. He couldn't pull his eyes away. She was so odd looking, she wasn't normal, or what he seemed as his "usual" pretty model type girl. But there was something about her, something so perfect and exciting about her that wouldn't make him pull away. I guess I should get back to her now I have got the drink - oh well just another hour to sit though of this meaningless dribble. He began to walk away, he walked back to her, that girl he once saw was lost.

Alice sat there staring meekly into the distance. She was so sick of these pointless and dull conversations. She looked around the room, around the bar, so many conversations taking place so many people having a good time and laughing. She seemed to be the only one who wasn't. Her eyes moved around the room and suddenly they froze on one moment. She saw someone perfect, someone amazing, someone different from all the rest of them. He seemed to stand out, but not in a normal, ordinary way, but she knew he was different, she just knew.

Ekkk!! They need special falling in love music!!!!!

ok sorry for the delay but here's the next bit for you :)

A few days had past and Alice felt like she was in a dream world. She couldn't stop thinking about that man. There was something about him that defined him, that made him unique and special. something that nobody else in that place had. But thinking about him didn't help Alice nor was it her normal thing to do when she met someone she liked. It just didn't seem to be ordinary to her.
"Allie, Allie, ALLIE!" Shouted Cleo to her distant face as she rested her head on her hand as she leaned on the perfume counter. "what has gotten into you lately, you don't seem like yourself, are you ill, do you need a day off?"
"what? Oh right" Replied Alice who was clearly not listening to a word Cleo has said. "I'm fine, I'm fine..." she said as she trailed off and wen back into her slumberous mode.
"Oh gosh your are turing into my boyfriend!" replied Millie in her high pitch worried tone of voice that she used daily when she felt like crisis was in her hands. "he's been so distant lately and won't talk to me, he won't say anything he just kisses me."
"isn't that a nice thing though - no talking just kissing? i mean I wouldn't complain if my man did that once in a while" Said cleo
"well yes but I know something is wrong, or maybe he's thinking of someone else - oh my gosh he's having an affiar isn't he that's what it is isn't it Alice"
"I'm sure it isn't Mille, maybe he just had a bad day that's all nothing to worry about I'm sure." Replied Alice
"So what's wrong with you then, you've been acting odd all day?" Millie asked
"Well..." she sighed, "I don't really know, maybe it's just me, but I don't know, maybe I will go and lay down for a bit, see how I feel"


Alice walked off to the quiet room that was used for staff, often when they had hangovers and were close to throwing up people would go in there, but Alice liked to use it to calm herself down. oh what Is wrong with me today? why is that moment still in my head, maybe I should just try and forget...

This flick is making me all shaky and ekkkie...it all coming out in Alices voice which makes me love it even more..its written perfectly

Yes me to, especially Millie's voice. Ahhh how are they going to meet again :unsure:

yeha I'm looking forward to the new seris :D i'm kinda hoping that it wil be aired by the end of this year - the only thing is I want Gill and Alice to get together but then as soon as they do wouldn't the show be over (kinda??)

Well here it goes again, another plot line that is clearly doomed before it’s begun. I just wish I could think of this amazing story you know where everything about it is right, where everything is so funny, whatever happened to comedy? You know true comedy? And why can’t I think of anything? Why can I not get that woman out of my head? Who WAS she? There wasn’t even anything about her that is out of the ordinary, she just seems normal, she was normal. So why can’t I stop thinking about her?

Gill, put down the script he was looking at and left the house. I guess I’ll just have to think of something funny up at the office, see if anyone else has any ideas...

Ohhh yes you'll have to write Gil's sitcom within this fic as well - I hope your head doesn't explode :unsure:

haha! I hope it won't either! I'm not the best writer in the world and so writing a random comedy is not my forte but i shall see what I ca come up with. :)

Oh why can’t I just be excited about this night? Well because there is nothing to be excited about it’s just a date and a date with a man that Cleo set me up with at that, oh gosh why do I have such a bad feeling about this?
