I could have done more to it to make it better but i'm too cold. might write a longer fic later tonight but until then, I have written this, soz for the crappyness but as I said it was very quick

The hotel bar was full of happy drunk doctors. Looking around him guy took another swig of his whiskey and leaned against the bar. Watching martin trying to dance the cha cha slide with the little kids was not having the usual amusing effect on him. Caroline and Mac were no where to bee seen, he assumed that they had gone to slip into something more comfortable. Grabbing the bottle the barman had left on the counter he wandered outside into the gardens. It was twilight, and the last rays of the sun were reaching out into the indigo sky. Sitting on the steps he took a drink from the bottle and contorted his face at the strong taste of it. At least he would be drunk soon, drunk enough to drown his feelings. He was happy for them, he was. He just wondered what things would have been if…well he could sit and ponder “what ifs” all night. What was done was done. Sighing deeply he looked out into the gardens. He believed he was like this for giving up Caroline, but the slightly more horrid truth was, he maybe felt like this with the ever knowing fact that his best friend was dying. His thoughts were disturbed by someone shouting behind him
“Aye and you can fack off as well!!” he looked around to see a angry Sue White storming out of the building.
“fucking bastard treating me like…oh Dr Secretan” her temper subsided as she noticed Guy sitting on the steps.
“What are you don’t out here? The party is in there, I doubt there is anything to shag out here, unless you count those sheep over there…and so yi know, I won’t tell anyone.” She laughed and playfully hit his shoulder.
“yeh right, no thank you.” he replied sourly. She came down a few steps and sat beside him. They sat for a while in silence.
“you know, you could at least offer me a drink of yer booze you know!” sue said
“Well maybe I don’t give drink to strange women like yourself.” guy muttered angrily.
“hm, fine, but I seem to be the only woman with you tonight, you are out here all alon-” guy moodily shoved the bottle in her hands. After she took a drink, Guy asked “so what was all that about earlier then?”
“What was what all about?” She enquired
“well, you know the shouting to your lover boy”
“ooooo jealous are we now” she teased
“nooooooo, not jealous, just curious as to why you are out here is all. I mean there is a party in there and yet you are out here!” again they lapsed into another silence. Guy noticed Sue shivering, it was chilly he thought, so he took off his jacket and put it round here shoulders.
“I thought all you Scots would have been used to the cold seeing as its winter up there for about 9 months of the year.” she laughed a little at this, and guy saw a side to her he’s never saw before. She was actually being normal. What was wrong with her? Guy stood up and offered his hand out to her.
“Do you know what Sue, I’ve been extremely rude, and have not offered you a dance. May I have this next dance?” taking his hand she stood up and faced him.
“oh aye, I see what’s going on here. Trying to pick up the little lady who’s sitting here all alone because her mans just left her, thinking “oh one dance then we will shag till the morning.” well let me tell you something little mister, we will still be at it tomorrow afternoon by the time I’m finished with you!” She pulled him forward and kissed him passionately. Pulling away, guy stood there trying to catch his breath.
“F*cking hell, forget the f*cking dance, You get another bottle of whiskey, my room number is 145.” grabbing her hand, they both ran up to the hotel.

Awwww its so cute!!! Caroline and myself were killed in some freak accident then sue and guy would be perfect for each other!!
