Did anyone watch teh special last night?

Tres predictable, but hilarious all the same.

You've got to love Dawn French.

I watched it, as I do love Dawn French. Actually, I don't even find the programme funny any more - I just felt like I had to watch it anyway. It's a Christmas thing.

Not that funny an episode last night, apart from the jumping into the puddle bit. But I liked all the romance bit :)

it totally ruled oh ym day that guy wat HOT aww i looved him up soo much aghh it was a fab eppy - dawn looked lovely and yay she's getting married - i knew it would be his sister though a BIT obvious and the chcolate in the bible

i did like the alice storyline - about her thinking she was related to jesus :roflmao that cracked me up :)

that guy is the only reason I sit through Robin Hood each week :D

yeah my auntie said he was in robbin hood today and I was soo upset as i was going to watch it when it came on but i was out and missed it so i hadn't watched it at all :(

i can't wait for the next bit of this now though it's gonna be soo cool to see her actual wedding :)

I loved this ep! Well, I love Dawn French (apart from when she was covereid in mud cos i actually thought that was quite scary!) and the naked woman bit.. oh! and the "marry me" bit.. and locking Alice up in a CUPBOARD (giving me a run for my money, eh!?!)

yeah.. so.. I liked it!

It would be good to have a scene with Alice, Hugo and all their children. I mean, how many children are there, and what are they all called apart from Tinky Winky, La La, Dipsy and Po.

yeah the oldest is greodene (or however you spell it) ummi don't know the other's names

i loved it too! i do like the programme but the main reason i watched it was that he was in it...he is mine, all mine.

i have loved him for years (well year). stay back. you have been warned.

but yeah, :lol: the puddle made me laugh soo much. and narnia. and her imagining the wedding :roflmao and just all of it really.

The puddle was just pure hilarity I adored it, but I kinda knew that once Alice mentioned it the puddle had to appear.

i loved the bit about the middle name thing as her's is boddicia - which is far more funnier in my mind as me and my friends were studying that in history at the time of this episode - an ongoing joke we had :lol:

but a lot of people would not have gotten that unless you have seen particular episodes - like the genious of the puddle bit :roflmao

i didn't actually like that episode all that much...

i liked the ending (minus the flying through the air thing) and the joke bit was class lol but the rest of it was a little... OTT for me...

I liked the flying bit. :D I wished she'd married Owen though, he's awesome. I wasn't a fan of Harry.
Not a very well written episode, but it had some good jokes and I'll miss the programme, it's ace usually. Hugo's always been my favourite, he's so lovely. :)

I thought it was okay - I don't actually like the programme that much, but I still got a bit emotional at the end (because it was the last one! That kind of thing gets to me).

Harry's hot but i don't think him and geraldine suit eachother very well

Yeah it's a great song. :D He's not funny, or very interesting, so I reckon Owen would've been a better choice. :)

It was very good but I was asleep for the first bit- was so pissed off when I woke up and realised I'd missed a bit!! My own fault....

I can't quite believe that she would let them organise the wedding for her - is she mad. I did laugh out loud at the getting soaked by a puddle bit and the very end was sad when they were showing all the behind the scenes shots.

Everything's coming to an end, well VoD and GW. It's all too much and it's only the first week of the new year :sob
