:cry it sounds like so much fun! If only I was 18 :(

madelinenancy - November 4, 2006 09:58 AM (GMT)
:cry why cant under18s jst come to the nondrinking bits????

Mac'sBestGirl - November 4, 2006 10:22 AM (GMT)
Oooooh I would soooo wanna go!! But it jus wouldnt be as much fun without you guys!! And ur all under 18!!!! :(

JRT/SM ultimate fan! - November 4, 2006 10:31 AM (GMT)
This is weird because greenwings a 15 so why don't they do something for 15 and over? Its not fair! I wouldnt go any way coz i'm only 13! So not fair!

xpingux - November 4, 2006 10:49 AM (GMT)
It is odd :(
And annoying..
can't under 18's just go home at the drinking hours? :P

Mac'sBestGirl - November 4, 2006 11:15 AM (GMT)
It is annoying- cos they could always let u stay for the drinking and dancing stuff- but have a wristband system at the bar for buying alcohol! Plenty of places do it for events n stuff!

xpingux - November 4, 2006 11:17 AM (GMT)
Yeahh.
More people would go if it was under 18's too

guyoline - November 4, 2006 11:52 AM (GMT)
<_< i'm soo anoyed i'm 17 if it was 9 months later and i would have been able to go - that's so unfair as most of it doesn't seem to matter what age you are so long as you watch green wing - it's only the drinks bit at the end <_< grrrrrrrrrr that really sucks i soo want to go as well

xpingux - November 4, 2006 11:57 AM (GMT)
hmm :cry
the bloody fucksies

guyoline - November 4, 2006 12:01 PM (GMT)
i just had an idea - i know it won't be the same but we could just get together and one of us could make up a quiz - we can make chocolate towers and play spoon of destiny etc

basically we could have our own GW convention on the same day but for everyone not just over 18's :D

xpingux - November 4, 2006 12:03 PM (GMT)
oooh yeah!
that would be well fun :)

guyoline - November 4, 2006 12:08 PM (GMT)
ok well i'll get planning then - i'll come up with a quiz and i can bring with me spooooon of destiny bowl and we can decide where it will be later - the chocolate tower thing may be a bit more challenging but still woooooo

green wing fan forum convention 07 :D

xpingux - November 4, 2006 12:11 PM (GMT)
:woohoo

& possible guyball? :P

guyoline - November 4, 2006 12:25 PM (GMT)
guyball - of course :D

but that means i really need to start reading and studying the rules :D

but yeah guyy ball w00t w00t

we could also do a bit where we re-enact scenes using the script book :D

*goes to get planning the GWFF convention...*

xpingux - November 4, 2006 12:26 PM (GMT)
lol :P
i dont think i could learn all the 'rules'
i'd just run around throwing balls in people's 'topmillers' lol

guyoline - November 4, 2006 12:28 PM (GMT)
 i know what you mean i want to learn the rule but it's such a long list - i may try and learn them and then tell you guys the basics

we'll see

xpingux - November 4, 2006 12:39 PM (GMT)
lol
it must have taken those students who wrote them ages!

XTinker_Bellx - November 4, 2006 07:20 PM (GMT)
I don't get why it's 18 and over I really don't, they would sell so much more tickets if it wasn't.

PigRescuer - November 4, 2006 09:01 PM (GMT)
hehe, so basically you want to do what we were planning for the next meet? :D

I'm not arguing. :D

But thge bloody fuckies, not letting us go. *growls*

I think all you adults should boycott theres and come to ours as a matter or princimple

*debbie* - November 5, 2006 02:05 PM (GMT)
im so down.

i cant vist any of the meets as i live near crewe.

bloody fucksies!

:sob

JRT/SM ultimate fan! - November 5, 2006 02:15 PM (GMT)
I bet they won't have many people ther anyway because most people that watch it are probley under 18 anyway as Greenwing is only a 15.

But we could kinda like PR said have one of our own at the next meet. Of which i SOOOOO hope i will be at.

guyoline - November 5, 2006 03:11 PM (GMT)
ok so saturday janurary 13th 2007 we will have our very own GW convention - ohh i may mention this on friday - if i remember  but we would have to sort out where

but also that wouldn't work would it because even if they were free they would go to the "offical" convention wouldn't they??

ok how about i sort out details as to where we could have it - like hyde park or somewhere and try and convince the GW cast to come along

or is that too farfetched????

littlered - November 5, 2006 06:28 PM (GMT)
I think getting any of the cast to agree to come might be a bit arfetched, but we can dream! I love the sound of a forum convention - Ros, if you want a hand with the quiz part, can I join you?

PigRescuer - November 5, 2006 07:13 PM (GMT)
The best thing is we can have forum stuff, not just actual GW stuff.

*tries to think of an example*

Nope, sorry. :D

I want to help arrange!!

Oooh, PL can give out the dolls then.

swiss boy lover - November 5, 2006 07:15 PM (GMT)
i can think of examples!!!

brownies, cookies, bananas :D

PigRescuer - November 5, 2006 07:16 PM (GMT)
...llamas.

Thanks, SBL. :D

swiss boy lover - November 5, 2006 07:23 PM (GMT)

yeah we can phone up the zoo and ask them if we could borrow a couple lamas!

and we can buy that lion and donkey from harrods and race them

littlered - November 5, 2006 07:26 PM (GMT)
 Yes! I bet the lion would win.

PigRescuer - November 5, 2006 07:36 PM (GMT)
Or Hawkins Bazaar.

They sell them there, I believe. :ph43r:

OOOOh that's an AWESOME idea!!!

We could have an animal each!

SBL, you'd get the sheep, I'd get a pig.

And we could have a race!!

*dances around*

Little_Simba - November 5, 2006 08:25 PM (GMT)
It is a right bastard that this convention is 18+. I really hate alcohol infiltrating everything and ruining it. :P

I am going to think about going to this (sorry). Is there anyone else here who's going to try and get tickets? It does sound like a f*cking scream of a day.

Hey, the forum convention you're planning - wouldn't it be better to have that on a different day from this GOSH one? That way, anyone who goes to the GOSH one can go to the forum one as well and, in the rather unlikely even that any of the GW gang would go, they'd be more likely to go to the GOSH one if it's on the same day and they have to pick one to go to (as someone's already pointed out - sorry, I'm repeating things now  ).

PigRescuer - November 5, 2006 08:27 PM (GMT)
Yeah, but you over eighteens that go are betrayin gus. :P

Although, I did think teh next meet was going to be in the Christmas hols ish?

Anyway, knowing my luck, I won't be going. :cry :cry

guyoline - November 5, 2006 08:52 PM (GMT)

and wel will find some lama, lion cubs, donkeys and sheep to bring with us

we will have a chocolate tower comp

we can also have snacks including banana's, brownies and cookies
we can try and play a very interesting game of guyball, if i somehow figure out how to do that one
Lottie can do a prizegivving type thingy of the dolls, we can also film our own very special episode of: green dolls yay :D
we will also play spooooooon of destiny as i have the perfect bowls for this....
and of course the ultimate Green wing quiz

I'll get started on this

the convention is now offically MY very own project if that's ok with everyone??

the date MAY change - like i could make it the week before if that's any easier for people i'm not sure but we could try and sort that out this week then i can tell them at the signing
