beautifulday - November 2, 2006 06:35 PM (GMT)
i used to play the steel pans but they sold them for violins :(

littlered - November 2, 2006 06:37 PM (GMT)
I play absolutely nothing - I'm the unmusical one in my family (whereas between them, my brother and sister play piano, keyboard, cello, guitar, bass and recorder). It makes me feel quite stupid).

newestgreenwingfan01 - November 2, 2006 06:45 PM (GMT)
youre not stupid for not playing a musical instrument

if you didnt like Green Wing THEN id consider you insane and stupid :P

PigRescuer - November 2, 2006 06:45 PM (GMT)
I always wanted to play the drums but our house is quite old and sound... travels...

I used to learn the guitar but it got too expensive.

i still have my acoustic guitar though. It's under my bed. :D

If she didn't like GW, i'd also consider her insane, as she is a member of this forum.

Sometimes my sister attempts to teach me how to play things on the piano, keyboard or cello, but I'm very very bad at all three.

xpingux - November 2, 2006 07:13 PM (GMT)
I play the piano/keyboard, im learning electric guitar (by my dad. He's bloody amazing at it!)

XTinker_Bellx - November 2, 2006 08:46 PM (GMT)
hee hee I'm extremely musically inclined.
I've been palying piano since I was about 5, cello since I was 7, I played violin for a year and gave up, I've played guitar (both electric and acoustic) since I was 8/9, I taught myself drums and I can play bass aswell.
I want to learn alto sax though, just for the hell of it :D

bingle - November 3, 2006 04:46 PM (GMT)

I used to play recorder and guitar when I was little, and an elderly male relative (I was young so I don't remember which) once spent an afternoon teaching me to play the spoons.
But now... nothing. :(

madelinenancy - November 3, 2006 05:20 PM (GMT)
i play the TRUMPET wich is reealy good escept when our music teacher rekoned it would be a really good idea for me to help play the last post etc at remembrance service thingy which is REALLY NOT GOOD because if i make a mistake all the iraqui veterans will like shoot me or something.

and i havwent had a chance to practice it at all.

What are eggs?

I really reaslly really want to learn drums.

But I doubt I could fit it in with my busyness.

I do dancing four times a week and hockey twice a week (more if there are matches, which there usually are)

I want to join St Johns after Christmas and I'm eitehr starting World Challenge or Silver D of E then as well.

Adn there's you lot.

Oh, and work and stuff. You know, school.

So I dunno if I'd have time for drums. :(

beautifulday - November 3, 2006 07:48 PM (GMT)
arnt the eggs have like beads or soethin in and u shake them

IMO - November 3, 2006 08:55 PM (GMT)
Yes plastic eggs with beads in, so you can shake them. You'd think they'd be easy to shake, but I know people who try and just can't keep the beat going  It's very annoying.

Forgot to add things I used to play

Recorders (I used to have them in all sizes)
Harmonica (very difficult to play without dribbling at some point)
Penny Whistle (too high pitched)
guitar (occassionally still play when I can get my hands on one)

guyoline - November 3, 2006 08:58 PM (GMT)
wow imo you are very musically talented :)

SecretanFan - November 4, 2006 10:06 AM (GMT)
I have an electric guitar, and I can play Silent Night. My family is not a musically-talented one.

JRT/SM ultimate fan! - November 4, 2006 10:53 AM (GMT)
Mine is yet i cant play anything.I went to guitar lessons but i'm no good at keeping anything up. I know how to play silent night on it aswell. And i taught myself ginger child on my keyboard :)

SecretanFan - November 4, 2006 10:58 AM (GMT)

xpingux - November 4, 2006 11:16 AM (GMT)
