Have to say, I was curious and watched the first episode. I thought that Greg Wise, well, over acted his part a lot, but on the whole had potential -
I actually agreed a lot with this review:
Here

Now, with two episodes to go, I think it has greatly improved, the characters aren't half as annoying and smug, and there's less of that Scottish annoying bloke.

Top. :thumbsup Now all we need is Charles to realise that he nneds Bex and have a complte personality transplant!!! :P

I hate it. I only saw about four minutes of it (clashes with the Simpsons, so would have to be really quite good for me to watch the whole thing rather than just during the C4 ad breaks) but I hated it. "Bex" is always going to be Sophie off My Parents Are Aliens anyway, no matter how hard I try to forget that program, and I just didn't find it at all funny....or get where anything was going...I even thought the advert was bad.

With regard to According to Bex, did anyone watch Comic Aid last Friday? As far as can remember, no, their weren't any Green Wing stars on, but Simon Pegg and Jessica Stephens, who introduced a couple of people, would have been highly amusing to anyone who watched According to Bex, because they were hurling insults at each other at one point and Simon's final insult to Jessica, after she'd called him a w**nker and such like, was just to say "According to Bex". Very amusing if you, like me, were so dissapointed after Spaced!(Although reading it back not so much of the funnies written down, but never mind I'm sure no-one will read this anyway!))

I too saw it... Was very good, even if I didnt get half the spaced-related jokes.

It's available "Live and Uncut" from your nearest video retailer! LOL. Seriously, now you can by it from last friday, and 90% (I think) of the cost is going towards the Tsunami appeal (although what exactly now not sure since the National campaign is gone). Plus it was hilarious, and if you love Green Wing, then Dylan Moran, Bill Bailey, Stevenson and Pegg, should be enough to wet your appetite, of similar style of modern comedy, while we wait for The Comic Relief Green Wing, which is rumoured to be happening late tomorrow. :jawdrop So that's good isn't it!
