Pippa Haywood said in a mag interview that in one episode they were filming on location, all in different fancy dress.

Well it's one of three things:-
1. a deleted scene
2. it's from Episode 9
3. a deleted bit from the promotion pictures/adverts for Series 2

This is mentioned in the Commentary for The Special. Pippa said it was the one day she and Mark Heap had a falling out and they were on the last day of filming, when for some reason (not explained) Stephen and Julian are both dressed as Roman's jumping up and down behind a sand dune and it didn't go down too well.
Why they were doing this we'll probably never know. Unless someone thinks to ask at the BFI event next week. :)
