About Us This forum is designed to share cheap, easy recipes with limited ingredients. Special focus on ingredients people would generally receive from a food bank: typically canned soups (tomato); canned beans of all varieties; pastas of all varieties; powdered milk. Limited Ingredients Very often food banks give a lot of canned soup, dried soup, various kinds of beans, rice, pastas, powdered milk, prepacked macaroni and side dishes, and canned meat (tuna, salmon, ham, chicken). Casseroles are a good idea, homemade soups, chilis and anything else you can think of. Need a recipe and only have a couple of items, you can ask here too. |
