Description: Bwa ha ha ha!
Zilla Tatsushin - October 26, 2006 05:43 AM (GMT)
Some of you may fremember me from the PAWG forum... now known otherwise... anywho, I'm a BE man... and since I'm a BE man, when it came time to dsign a partner/to-be-spouse for Zilla, my main character in all things I do... I sort of dumped almost all of my fetishes into here...
YUKI...
And the best part is... that's her using psychic powers to hold herself back... that is not yet her true form... or how big she really is...
Dopetoinfinity_26 - November 2, 2006 09:59 PM (GMT)
err...Whats going on?
Zilla Tatsushin - November 3, 2006 08:06 AM (GMT)
:: sigh::
Click the link... Some know me, some don't. I was explaning to those who know me that the woman I have drawn is a character of mine... yes, she's got tig ole bitties... the catch is, she psychic, and devotes some of her power to sizing them down... IE, she's a BE character. You see?
UsagiJin - November 4, 2006 04:59 PM (GMT)
Sounds promising. ^_^
I'm guessing the tail is somehow connected to your username, Zilla?
the man - November 5, 2006 09:26 PM (GMT)
i really like the sound of your very lovely character, i do hope there will be more to see of her later.
best wishes.

The whole deal with the tale is that in the stories I write, she is a government experiment... the fusion between the DNAs of the world's best empaths, and Godzilla, in order to creat the perfect weapon.
Of course... this allows for a lot of fun, usually big things to happen with her.
In short, YES... i has to do with my screen name, which is the name of the main character in the stories... Yuki is to be his spouse.
And don't worry. You'll be seeing more of her (literally) in the future

Interesting. ^_^
Doesn't really look like Gojira's tail though....
Oh, and I take it you like a bit of scaley...if you took the blending of Godzilla DNA as the basis for your ultimate weapon idea....
An approach I have not seen before. ^_^

My explanation for the tail is a rather simple one. I simply used male/female contrast in humans, since Yuki and Zilla both are humanoid.
Point 1. In general, males tend to be thicker and more heavily muscled than females. Theories on Gojira point that his tail would be an incredibly muscular area, as the tail is the means for submarine propulsion, thus (apart from his heart) making his tails the strongest muscled area in his body. In general, where males have large concentration of muscles, females have much less.
Point 2. Godzilla's tail looks segmented/balled at certain points because of the way the muscular system is designed. Since we covered that usually females are not as muscled as males, it is only natural that in Yuki's case, I smooth out the "lumpy" tail, causing it to look more slender and in my opinion more feminine.
Point 3. The Godzilla DNA coursing through her veins has also mingled with human DNA, which, if you follow what evolution says, mean that the only available genetic tail from that aspect would be that of a primate's... primate tail as VERY slim and nowhere near as muscles as reptile tails.
Point 4. Ignore point 3, It's a legit arguement, but in no way did I base her tail off of a primate's
Point 5. I changed the color of the spikes, again because of male/female contrast. With reptiles, the male is usually one color, and the female a different shade or different color al together. I used both of these. Her spine (instead of being Godzilla gray or blue) are a pinkish color, while her scales are a lighter shade of green.
I hope that covered everything.
Oh, and yeah...
Furries can go to hell... SCALES are where it's at!

That's one of the reasons I think Godzilla 2000 was highly under-rated...
It's the only Gojira story/movie/anything that's got a firm rooting in science...even if it doesn't carry the same entertainment value of the originals.
The lumpiness of the original Gojira's tail had nothing to do with musculature...as it looks more like a deformity than anything. Real reptilian muscles are smooth and sinuy...never segmented. The closest thing to that would be an anole's tail...which has a point at which it can easily be detached.
Oh...and as far as my saying it doesn't really look like Gojira's tail.... Well, I meant more along the lines that the spines make it appear more like that of a stegosaurus.
Zilla Tatsushin - November 15, 2006 05:49 AM (GMT)
Again, I was playing on a currently non-existing male-female contrast for the Godzilla species. Like nearly everythig else, the spines are less pronounced. This is for two reasons, one, because I actually believe that based off of reptiles I've seen, the females generally DO have less pronounced spines than male. The second reason being, I found the smaller and undefined spines more desirable... i.e. Putting big ass spikes on her, for me, would draw away from her beauty.
And if you've seen the sketches for the Godzilla 90's, you'll see that the "lumpiness" is actually a muscle structure. It's really interesting, because when they designed the original, that gave him the lumpy tail cause it looked better. However, when they began to play with sketches and theories, they had to come up with an explanation. It's actually a rather fascinating one. Each "segment" is not a separation in the muscle so much as it is bulging sets. For example, take a look at your flexed arm (assuming you're in good shape) At a certain point along your biceps, it may actually look as though you arms are segmented (granted, laterally, not length-wise). It's essentiall the same concept.
In this way, muscles can overlap for the most power pulling. After all, there is more than one muscle in that tail... I'll sketch it out the next time I have a chance.
UsagiJin - November 15, 2006 08:04 AM (GMT)
You're right about the arm thing...but functionally speaking a lateral separation is far more useful. Figure it like the supporting 'bars' on a suspension bridge...having one form running nearly or infact the entire length, with smaller forms attaching and adding strength, bears more strength.
Also, I don't really remember Gojira having those spines all the way down his tail...I thought they terminated further up. I dunno...and I'm sorry for breaking your balls about this, it's not my intention.
Zilla Tatsushin - November 15, 2006 09:08 PM (GMT)
Beleive me when I say I'm loving every moment of this... I can never find anyone to talk Goji theory with. True, the full blow, multi-pronged spies teminate around Godzilla's waist, but the rows actually continue as smaller "spikes". Unless we're talking Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah's Godzilla, in which, the full blown spines ran the entire length of his tail. Again, I didn't want to give Yuki the full spines because I feelthey would give her a more masculine or tomboyish appeal... I didn't want that, so played on the smaller spines. Another reason it follows all the way down her tail is for artistic purpose. The careful watcher may have caught a trace of the spines starting at her neck, but most people probably didn't cat it... so to show case that she had these spikes, I ran tem down her tail. There's more to it than that, but....
Anyway, I tried my hand at spriting/ripping for the first time, and here's what was yielded.

UsagiJin - November 16, 2006 07:30 AM (GMT)
Yup...a scaley fan. ^_^
You know what...I'm not proud to say it, but I haven't noticed spines on her neck....
Zilla Tatsushin - December 4, 2006 05:28 PM (GMT)
Onher neck, down her back, and down her tail. At her neck, it starts as two rows. Near her shoulders, it becomes three, it becomes two again a little down her tail, and then ends in a single row.
^^ I'm a scaley fan, for sure. Dragonesses, mermaids, snake-women, lizard-women... Yuki-chan!
UsagiJin - December 5, 2006 04:42 AM (GMT)
More power to ya'. ^_^
I've got friends and aquaintances in all fields.
Zilla Tatsushin - December 5, 2006 06:01 PM (GMT)
Scaley, BE, GTS, Long hair, superhuman, Transformation... the only I have that doesn't manifest on/in her is FA and inflation.

^^
Zero2431 - December 6, 2006 12:53 AM (GMT)
I like her as she is. I think you should make some more pics of her.
And on a small note, maybe you could make the tail a more similar color to the rest of her skin? Going from a shade of pink to green isn't exactly the best transition of colors.
Ifrit_7 - December 6, 2006 10:08 PM (GMT)
Shes definitely cute, but why does she seem to have human skin and a green tail? Presuming she's as blended between Godzilla and human, wouldn't she either be fully scaled, fully flesh or a uniform composite?
Zilla Tatsushin - December 7, 2006 08:23 AM (GMT)
It's a hybrid form. She can take fully one or the other, but as the bride of Godzilla (eesentially) she often manifests the tail as an issue of pride. She can take a fully hybrid form as well, in which all her skin becomes green/scaly, but usually, she's human with a few manifested traits. It's a nift transformation deal, plus, fully human with a green tail gives her a sexy appeal, I think.

see?
Other examples of partial transformations (ie manifestations) include claws while in human form, red eyes, anf a fangs/teeth.
