I drew these, what do you guys think.
Some chubby girls:
18+ drawing, it was my first time trying to draw somebody naked, I think It's okay

--

character model for animation class, made in flash like all my other digital art.
everything is on it's own layer, it was a tad tedious D:

I'm trying to get back into drawing inflation art, it's fun to draw, so here goes...
I drew a char of mine roundy-huge and filled with water in a new kind of style that I like. It's very time consuming, but I think I pays off.
RoundyhugeAnd I tried to stray away from the scratchy style here, it's the char abouve after having deflation-surgery or something i dont know leave me alone!!
not-so roundyhugeHere i was just [racticing with the scratchyish style

Now, don't take what I'm about to say the wrong way;
You need work on your anatomy. I don't want to hear it's "your style", cuz it's just an excuse. You do have a cute "style" starting up here, but it needs refinement in, as I said, in the anatomy area.
My advice is to just go to places like google, and find some people posing. Draw them the best you can, as faithfully as you can. Don't toon them, draw them. When you start understanding the realationships of body parts to one another, then you can start really distorting them to your advantage.

I have to disagree awittyname, the kid has tallent, besides rome wasn't built in a day you know. He just needs to observe more fat girls, it took me a while to get fat girls down pat & I'm still working on them. Great job JeffyTTS, keep up the good
work. :D

I would have to agree with AWN, he makes a good point. I am still beginning out as a draw-person, but I do need to improve on my anatomy. I wasn't going to use the "my style" excuse either, anatomy is anatomy. We're drawing from Life, not some intangible place out in the ether. The super ether.

Ether!
Good stuff overall, JeffyTSS. It's very cute overall... definitely in need of a bit of polish here and there (anatomy, like AWN said), maybe a bit of proportion stuff. All in all, you're on your way to making some high quality stuff. :)

Anatomy, pretty good, cept the second one where her feet are pointed in...
UsagiJin - October 11, 2006 05:04 AM (GMT)
Yes...the 'roundyhuge' one. That'd be the one I'd have to say worst against. You anatomy needs a little work, but it's not bad. It's just that in that one picture, her feet are the only thing not absorbed...but her belly's too small for that. It's like she's got midgety legs, like the grandfather from King of the Hill.
Like they said though, you got talent. Keep up the work (like I'm one to talk  ) and I'm sure you'll become very good.
And you style's neat...even if I don't care for the 'sticking-out' style knees.

Not bad work here. You have a lot of potential. I do like the cuteness you put in your characters. As for the anatomy like everyone else is saying, that's something that you'll find out how to do when you just keep on drawing. Overall, keep up the great work! ^_^

eee....um, yeah it looks fine and all but the pose is abit awkward. I dont think you really need to learn anatomy (unless youre going for a realistic-esque style.) Because right now you got a sorta cartoony/ anime-ish style, I'd stick with learning about action lines
http://www.cartage.org.lb/en/themes/Arts/d...nCharacters.htm But learning abit of anatomy doesnt hurt either ;) Keep it up jeffy, I think you have some serious potential

The anatomy and posing looked alot better in that sketch. ^_^
For more fine-tuning, I'd say to get a 'How to Draw Manga' book. Even if you're not doing anime/manga style, I find them to be very valuable for action and anatomy in a cartoon medium.
