Wow! I thought that was some good work! I liked the little montage at the top (a.k.a. the first picture) with all the inflations going on. I just don't know why that faerie was sad though...heh, preggos are so cute...
Also I liked the second one, had a nice balance between belly and breasts and looked very nice. I give you two thumbs up. ^_^

I kinda like the ones without the big arm and leg things more, though...so I kinda prefer the sad fairy and the woman attached to the canister.
