A while back on my other forum, I got 1000+ posts, but instead of waiting for this moment here, I'll just post it now.
Inflated Cat GirlI must warn you though, my scanner isn't the best, so it was either this type of scan, or a black and white scan that takes out around 1/4 the picture.
Yeah, definetly not too shabby.
Thank you for the comments, but I need to do a little self-critisizm(sp).
I felt like the waist was a little too small.
If it was supposed to be at-level, then yes. I assumed that it was something like a 3/4 overhead, which would compensate for the change in porportions. If you try some shading, or place something in the picture to give perspective then you could tell. Otherwise, I think it could pass either way. If the overhead wasn't intentional, then yeah, I'd make the waist bigger.
Also, the left arm looks kind of long and thicker than normal... Stuff like arms, hands, etc. are a real pain to draw, but just put them out there anyways. It'll make things harder, but you'll also improve by doing it, too.
Last the the party...and without any new comments. ^^;
Well, I think it's really cute. Yes, the waist is too small, etc...but that's why you should draw more. It's the only way to improve. :thumbsup:
And anyone who likes your work gets the best of it too...lol. ^_^
