go to
www.imageshack.us, then click "Browse" and select the picture you want to upload from your harddrive. After you press the host it button a new page will appear you should see a thumbnail of your image to the righthand side of the screen. Click on the thumbnail and you'll see the fullsized image in a new window. If you're using firefox, right-click on the image and select "Copy image location" and then paste the link into the reply box here.
