Well Spaz from the Sonic Comics. He did the covers during a period of time and man...oh man were they awesome! Detailed too. I was like all "w00t!" when I picked up an issue.
I also love Danni Davi's work in DA aka Shirobara. Really awesome artist and a good friend of mine...X3
Bleedman's work comes to mind as well.

my personal fav, Rumiko Takahashi. from the InuYasha comics. Ive been watching that show since i was about 6 or 7
