A little boy is playing with a coin when it gets stuck in his throat and he starts to choke. His mother runs into the street calling out for help and a passing man offers assistance. The man grabs hold of the boy, puts his mouth over the boy's mouth and skilfully sucks the coin of his throat. ' Thank you, doctor' says the woman. 'Did you learn to do that at medical school?' 'I'm not a doctor,' replies the man, 'I work for the Inland Revenue'
