Have any of you heard about the "monster swine" they found in Georgia? The guys who killed it claim that it was about 10 feet long and weighed over 1,000 pounds. National Geographic actually dug it up to examine the body :puke: , and the experts say it was really about 8 feet long and weighed about 800 pounds. That's still an awfully big pig! :lmao:
I just happened to see this in the headlines on AOL, and I couldn't stop laughing. We're being attacked by monster swine!!!
You can see a picture of it here:

If I remember correctly, they said that Hogzilla was half domestic pig half wild boar. Wild boars (know in the South as Razorbacks) are NASTY, aggressive animals. A nasty animal that big... no wonder they wanted to kill it.
In the Great Smoky Mountains national park in Tennessee/North Carolina (the are where I'm from originally, and not too far from Georgia, lol) they often warn campers about wild boars. This national park is littered with bears, but it's the BOARS the park rangers are more worried about.

No, I mean, why did he kill it and not show it off for the record-breaking animal it is? I mean, they waited six months and then dug it up to look at it. :puke: Why not just have the thing stuffed, mounted, and put in a museum somewhere...? :ermm:

Pigs are usually big...specially females, if I'm not mistaken... But that one, damn, it's big!!
It might've happened because of a genetic malfunction...For the same reason some people are mongloids...something got wrong while it was inside his mom or maybe after...who knows, ne?
