So I was surfing the net and saw AC.net was back up.(when did the happen?!?!)
And I saw something about DoC and wanted to read.But then it turned into news about
Final Fantasy VII.....
Well you read it yourself:

"In other news, the upcoming Square Enix Private Party 2008, DKΣ3713, will feature Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete, which will recieve a release date announcement. In a recent interview with Dengeki PlayStation magazine, Nomura revealed that ACC would include a new scenario in addition to several changed scenes, and that a major announcement related to Final Fantasy VII would be made at the Party."


Does anyone know anything else about this?
I hope it's news about a frickin' FFVII remake! I want to see Cloud in more purty CGI xD

One thing I really hope they do is elaborate on the flashbacks and what originally happened in FFVII.

I mean, Sephiroth killed Aerith. A lot of AC fans haven't played FFVII, so it is confusing--and it makes the relationship between Cloud, Aerith, and Sephiroth seem less entwined and important. I just hope they improve AC where they've had the room to.

And I hope they get rid of the stupid eye thing on Aerith. We all know what her eyes look like, so there's no point in hiding it any more. :angry:

I think they would port FFVII to another system before they would do a full remake. The remakes of older FF games for the DS seem to be really popular (and rightly so), so I can see it happening with FFVII as well. Even if it's only a port.

That would be my guess, but if it's a full blown remake for a major console, it's all good.

I'm suspecting that's what the announcement will be about (a remake of some sort). Hoo boy. D:

Or maybe the next addition to the Compilation.

I'd much rather see a sequel than a remake (which would, most likely, be just a port). I'm rather tired of SE porting FF games endlessly, and I'd like them to finish the FFVII Compilation, so that the whole thing can finally rest in peace.
