If you like Matt Good, his music, his writing, whatever, join the club. :fish: You've most likely never heard of him (if you don't live in Canada) since he rarely tours outside Canada. If you DO wanna know more, you can also join. I'll answer any questions or provide music if you'd like. I've been obsessed with him since the 90's so... :fish:

His music style is mainly Alternative/Rock. His last few albums (and his very first ones) have been pretty folkish, but he pulls it all off so well. At first glance, his lyrics can come across as very confusing, but they are put together so well and give off that feeling that "everything just makes sense" in the end. He's an AMAZING writer.

He is also not afraid to speak his mind. He has been known to bash popular bands and even the government, and he flaunted the fact that people called him an asshole. But it mostly because he was right. :fish: He is also a very avid human rights supporter. :fangirl:

And I think Suburbia is my favorite song by him, Angelwing Aeris. ^_^ It's a very hard choice, but that song has always been there. <3

That they were sell outs and they were only in it for the money and not the pure joy of creating music. :fangirl: Also, that the fans mean little to nothing to them.
