I'm probably just thinking too hard but you know that promise between Tifa and Cloud? Didn't it go like this?

Tifa: "Sephiroth… The Great Sephiroth. Isn't it hard to join SOLDIER?"
Cloud: "…I probably won't be able to come back to this town for a while…huh?"
Tifa: "Will you be in the newspapers if you do well?"
Cloud: "I'll try."
Tifa: "Hey, why don't we make a promise? Umm, if you get really famous and I'm ever in a bind…… You come save me, all right?"
Cloud: "What?"
Tifa: "Whenever I’m in trouble, my hero will come and rescue me. I want to at least experience that once."
Cloud: "What?"
Tifa: "Come on—! Promise me—!"
Cloud: "All right... I promise."

Anyways, during the massacre at Nibleheim, didn't Cloud come for Tifa and already fulfilled his promise? Tifa said she wanted to experience it at least once and he did it so the promise has already been kept and done? She said, "You DID come for me like you promised" or something like that, don't quote me on that one. Maybe that is the reason why Cloud doesn't care as much as he should when he meets her again. *Shrugs* Something random that crossed my mind. :P

Yeah that is how it went. Tifa was kinda pushing him to make that promise too :P Poor Cloud. And she did say that in the reactor when he saved her.
