I know i'm terribly late on FF7AC news and this is certainly one of those cases.
So can someone please explain to me what the wolfhead on Cloud's right shoulder is all about?
I'll presume it has something to do with Geostigma.
Also the picture that leads into the official website.
Has anyone noticed that both Cloud and Sepiroth have their eyes closed looking down.
It reminded me of an old theory that Cloud and Sepiroth are in some way connected, partly due to the fact that Cloud had armour on his right shoulder with three "spokes" and Sepiroth had three holes on the same shoulder (in his armour).
What do we all think?

Well, some of us have differing opinions on that. :P As for me, I think it signifies Cloud's status as a "lone wolf". After all, his bike, "Fenrir", is named after the wolf of Norse legend that helps bring about Ragnarok (the end of the world). Cloud also has a wolf earring in his left ear and a wolf on his cell phone.
Yeah, nothing has been confirmed yet on the true meaning of why he wears it. But everyone has their ideas.
I agree with FFG. He is very much like a lone wolf in AC. And it could have a deeper meaning yet with how Square works.
You can find a whole thread about it here:
http://s8.invisionfree.com/Cloud_x_Aerith/...p?showtopic=294. Like FF_G said, we have differing interpretations of it. Fenrir is a wolf in Norse mythology who was challenged by the gods to prove his strength. Since Cloud is challenged to overcome his strength by a "god", I think it's in reference to that. Others think that it's to symbolize that Cloud has become a "lone wolf".
