Music is a major part of the movie's theme setting your moods and feelings throughout. This clearly shows what you are supposed to be feeling.
The song 'Water' is Aerith's other theme, in the beginning of the song are notes from her main theme. I don't see Tifa having anymore themes, ahahhahaha.

I'm not surprised since the trio are the FFVII most memorable and likely popular characters, besides that fact, Aerith & Sephiroth's Themes are the most well known of the FF series. Added to that fact, Aerith's the heroine, Cloud's the hero, and Sephiroth's the villian. That's makes them undeniably intangled.

You forgot Cloud Smile, the Aerith theme is in it ( and like this is about Cloud, this is a Cloud/Aerith song ) !
About Divinity I and II, I don't know, Aerith theme is a little bit in Divinity II because this is when she appears but I think the Divinity song is about Bahamut ( the summons are gods in a way so... ).
Cloud, Aerith and Sephiroth are the most important and emblematic characters of FF7 ( and of course, they are linked together by fate, hate and love ) so the FF7 movie is all about them.

Uhm, Aerith's theme isn't in Cloud Smiles o.O;

Chibica it's right in the beginning of the song, the piano starts it off actually, and it goes from there, the first notes are her song, only played a little slower. You'll hear it...lol if you could play both at once, that'd be better. It took me FOREVER to figure it out.

I learned the Latin lyrics for "The Promised Land" and I was just recently watching Marlene's speech. I realized when Cloud is laying Aerith to rest, the lyrics, "Animam sacrificare necesse est?" are played right then, and the english translation is, "Is it necessary to sacrifice the soul?". That made my heart cry.

I heard it too :] People usually don't realize this kind of stuff but the fact the music in AC and VII the music reaches its "high points" when it has to do with Aerith shows exactly what and who Aerith is to Cloud.

Look at all the Romance movies ,the song in the background always has a special moment as the two (lovers) either a) see eachother,B) kiss,or c) reach a special moment in their lives together.
whats going on in the background is one of the reasons I believe in the couple so much.
Look at the scene in AC when Cloud finally gets to hold Aeriths hand in his own,Cloud sees Aerith in his eye and his whole facial expression changes from hurt and angry to something completely different, time slows down,beautiful music plays while they have this moment.
Clotis usually don't realize this either ,but sometimes they have to pay attention to the most noticeable things going on that they usually over look .

At first I just kinda thought Cloud loved Aerith at the end of KHI but then I saw AC and played VII and I completely knew that he did and does love her.

This is a really big fact for Cleris and Thanks for bringing it here :3
