I'm looking for a downloadable clip from CC- of the entire scene with Aerith in her traditional pink outfit, tending her flowers in her church, then she stands and looks heavenward, takes a few steps before growing teary and looking down again.

Try bluelaguna.net. They just uploaded all of the cutscenes, but they are subbed in English. Other than that, there isn't that many places that you can get them from without anything embedded into them. Bluelaguna should be okay if you don't mind subs.
