I've been looking for this fic everywhere, and I can't find it!!

I was reading a FFVII fic on fanfiction.net a few years ago, and now I want to read it again and I can't remember where to look!!

All I remember is it is set during Advent Children, and Geostigma makes Cloud hallucinate in seeing Aerith, and Vincent tells him the disease shows you your heart's desire. It isn't a oneshot.

No, a scientist or something tells Cloud about Geostigma, and the scene with Vincent is the same scene in Advent Children, only a bit different and Cloud gets a hallucination. It's a real tear-jerker, that scene. :(
