I feel kinda sorry for all those things though. They could each be owned and actually used and loved by someone else who has less instead of it sitting on a shelf to collect dust. They seem to each be merely a piece of the collection and nothing more. Individually, they'd have more importance. D:

Yeah, Kaldea, I know what you mean. It happens all the time to those addicted to collections. Especially playarz, he seems only to own them better than have fun playing with them. I used to visit some collectors' "exhibitions" in the game shops, like pocket monsters or other game series, but all of them are locked in the shelves. :(

It could be one's interests, and that's all. I have several friends who are quite frugal of money in life, but can spend a house of it when it comes to some hobby, like photography or pisciculturist.

hmmm however I think hes missing the 10th aniversary figures of ff7 that came with the potions hehehe, tought maybe he just ran out of space and couldnt show em.

I chatted with this guy several times through MSN(I'm planing to pay a visit), actaully he told me there're still tons of collections kept in boxes cuz apparently he's running out shelves. :o

And he told me there's still one dreamy item he's dying to own, it's Aerith Music Box. He said it's hell expensive and is limited(only 2000 cases), so he step away from the collection of it in the first place.... :aeris:

The song from the music box is the same as the regular version, only it sounds like a music box.

Tell him to watch eBay. I've seen it on there quite a few times, but he's got to be willing to fork out the cash for it, as it wont be cheap.

I dont understand though, why anyone would be jealous over this collection, or anything else like that of someones. I mean, think about it. What's this person going to do if he blows all his money on this kind of....material...junk...and his place lights on fire? He's going to lose it all, or lose his life trying to get it all out of there. I hope they have insurance.

I'd rather spend my hard earned money on something that I can actually USE. Sure, I've got a few things that I've collected that I refuse to take out of the boxes, but that total is around 10 things, and most of them were given to me as presents.

I payed a visit to this collector today! XD
He actually lives nearby and is a very nice Clerith. :fangirl: The collections are amazing but I only got three hours.....so I didn't have enough time to take a full look in details. But since he's very nice (the name is Mr. Kuraudo) and we've become friends, I guess there'd be second or third time of visits in the future~~So I'll keep updating goodies then! :gift:

As for your question, it's the first time FF7 ever relesed the news about the upcoming publication (1996, March). And we all know that Cloud and Aerith were the firstly made hero and heroine of FF7 (S-E had confirmed this in the interview), so that's why they're the only two shown up at cover page. :fangirl:
Btw, I screamed like a maniac when he displayed this mag to me. : P

But it so god damn expensive! D; I wish i lived in Japan, most things are cheaper there xD

Becuz it's mai first time to meet a friend on line. I was kind of worried that it might be awkward becuz we actually only chatted on line about 5-6 times before (not to say I'm darn shy in front of new firends), so I asked my roomie not only to drive me there but also to be my accompany. :D Well, it turned out that guy is pretty nice and talkative, we have lots of things in common. XD But the problem is, my roomie is not that into FF stuffs or Clerith....D: so in order to keep her from boredom, I suggested to shorten the visiting time. :cry:
