Title: Perfectly Synchronized
Description: Assassin's Creed

It had to be a matter of time before a club for this game was created, and I wanted to make it first :shifty:. I finished Assassin's Creed today, and I must say, this is a wonderful game. It's indepth, the graphics are wonderful, and the world is huge. And even when the game is finished, there is still so much to do.
And Altaïr is hawt.
So who wants to join?

JOINZ! I find that Altair is the perhaps the only sexy male game character these days. The face, the outfit, the finger knife...!!! GAH! I may even switch my bishi to him! You know what, I'm gonna do that now.
My only problem with the game was it was a Prince of Persia clone. Oh Ubisoft...

True, but at least the world is so much more alive. You jump up a wall, and people crowd round to point at you, which gets attention from the guards.
Anyway, welcome!

True that. PoP was far too linear and inclosed. But the general combat and game play was a venerable PoP clone. Just instead of shanking the guards with an ancient dagger of time it's a retractable switch blade in his wrist band.
I was so weird! I loved trying to blend at the most inappropriate moments. Especially if there were no scholars to be found.
One of my qualms with the story was that SPOILERit turns out Lucy is an assassin as well.SPOILER END I thought that was pretty dang lame. <_<

Yeah that was lame. It really ruined it for me. I'd like Desmond to be standing on his own, not with Lucy to help him. If you get what I mean.
But Altair was quite, evil. Your interrogating someone, and then you just stab him. :o
I liked to push people for fun, then run away when the guards came after me.

I have to ask...what was the pen for? I got it but...what do I do with it?
illwaitforever1 - January 5, 2008 03:42 PM (GMT)
Pen?
I don't remember any pen.
Kit - January 6, 2008 12:15 AM (GMT)
While playing as Desmond you can pilfer a pen of the Doctor. He takes it and slides it up his sleeve but it never came up again.

I'll join. ^_^ I happened to not find the spoiler lame actually. Let's face it, Desmond needed all the help he could get, he was alone, and it wasn't as though he could stealth assassinate everyone on his own. He needed someone who was trusted to make certain he didn't get hurt at this point. Besides, this is only the first part of what I heard is a trilogy.
Oh, and the Digipen is to sneak onto Vidic's computer to read his emails.

I'll join too. Not an amazing game, but fun enough to keep me busy during my boring moments. Not to mention that whatever story was there was pretty unique.

Wheee, new members! Welcome guys!
A trilogy? Oh wow, haven't heard of that.
