Chapter 7 of Before Crisis was released on January 31st, and it's happening on the Northern continent. The pictures surprise me, because it looks like Cloud is up there in the snowy fields. It looks like they've gone beyond Icicile Town, so I'm wondering if they're heading to the Northern Crater. You can see some screenshots here:

Is that Cloud in the first picture, and Sephiroth with the big snowball rolling towards him? :lol:

From Advent Children.net: Whilst tracing footsteps in the snow, not only is the cold afflicting your physical strength, there now are huge snowballs rolling all over the place as well. On a sidenote, 2 new FOMA mobile phones have been announced; the SH900iC and the F900iC. (Of course, these phones only work in Japan)

This could get very interesting if they head to the Northern Crater, although it'll make me wonder how closely this follows the original script of FFVII. The game implied that Cloud hadn't been to the Northern Crater or beyond Icicle Town before the events of FFVII. Hmmm...

I think it's just Player A running. If it's Cloud, there'd be some blonde and wearing a SOLDIER outfit that is bulky... Cloud isn't in one of the screenshots, I think (or maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me again). :(

They both look like the "Male (Rod)" guy to me as well.

What's more interesting IMO is the SOLDIERS in tubes of unidentified liquid ^^; (Though I'm not sure if it's been mentioned anywhere in English yet, it was on the official site [SOLDIERS in tubes] and one of those screenshots [being in unidentificed liquid])

No I don't think that's Cloud.

But did anyone notice the last screenshot? It's Zack! The sprite is wearing the Solider uniform and it has the buster sword.

The screenshot in the upper left hand corner looks to me like a blonde character in a blue uniform with no sleeve on the right arm running in the snow. But then again, maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me. :lol:

The figure looks like Zack to me, too. The sprite's hair looks wrong for Zack, though... the hair's all limp and droopy instead of spiky. If it weren't for that, it would look like Zack.

Ummmm...it looks pretty spikey to me. Plus the Zack up in the corner talking makes it pretty obvious who that is

Yeah, and that blue katakana lettering says in that last box says [ "ZA KU SU" ], which I assume is his name ("Zax"). Oooo, he looks cute. ^_^

Aly-- you said it looks like the person in the first box has blonde hair? It looks red to me; same with the character in the second picture.

Man... I really wish I could play this game. ^_^;;;;

Would you please translate what the guy with red hair is saying about the tubes? Does he actually say the tubes are used for SOLDIERs? :unsure: I was imagining something more like the tubes where Cloud and Zack were experimented on by Hojo in the Mt. Nibel lab.
