This is kind of weird but i was thinking of what ff7 would be like if Cloud was a woman and Aeris and Tifa were men

Claude/Cloud
Female Cloude or Claude would have the tough gal warrior look. She'd have thick blonde hair that's messy most of the time and those cool blue Mako eyes. She would have a pretty face of course and though her outfit wouldn't show much skin, it's obvious that she has a nice body :D I'm thinking of someone like Cagalli Yula Athha from Gundam seed
And Claude would be as stoic, cool and tough as Cloud and sometimes a bit of a bitch. That is til a certain flower boy comes along...

Aeron/Aeris
Ah, screw the flowerboy idea! I wouldn't want Aeris' male version to seem gay! Let's see, instead of flowers, Aeron would sell...uh...would sell...(could you guys help me out on this? I can't quite visualize what their first meeting would be like without the flowers in the Church)
Anyways, in tems of appearances, Aeron would totally have that mystical bishounen aura going for him! Lovely green eyes and longish light brown hair and a heart melting smile. Like Aeris, he'd joke a lot with Claude, make her smile and laugh a lot. But of course in a more masculine way than Aeris
And since he has a great sense of humor, he'd kind of be the life of Avalanche, it's source of hope and warmth.
Hmm, you think he's enough a parallel for Aeris?

Tifus/Tifa
The rather shy bartender of 7th Heaven. His appearance just screams "street smart!" with messy dark hair, and rather ripped and revealing clothes.
To make up for his humiliation at never being drafted in Avalanche* he's trained very hard for the past 7 years and is now a great martial artist. He has dark hair that's kinda spiky and that
Like Tifa, Tifus keeps a lot of emotions at bay, only displaying his vulnerable side every now and then. Combine this with his somewhat pessimistic views on life and we get a young man whose seemingly unflappable exterior hides a lot of insecurities. This doesn't stop him from being extremely protective of Claude...and certainly doesn't stop him from falling in love with her! Seems that a hero's promise from long ago still haunts him

*The Promise
Claude had a crush on Tifus when they were younger but he kinda bullied her. But then she got into SOLDIER...and he didn't because the Shinra officials found him "too weak" He was utterly humiliated
So Tifus couldn't refuse Claude's invitation to meet him at the well. And, still burning from his rejection from SOLDIER, he makes her promise that if she's ever in a bind, she'll let him rescue her.

Dialogue
Aeron: You're up bright and early. Let's go
Claude: Aeron, the Turks are after you! You can't put yourself into this kind of danger
Aeron: Are you done? Look, you have to go through the slum in Sector 6 to get to Tifus's 7th Heaven. I'll be your escort

Aeron: Claude, are you there?
Claude: Aeron! Are you safe
Aeron: Yeah. Wow, you didn't have to come. I got you mixed up in all this...
Claude: Hey, i won't let Shinra mess with my bodyguard!
Aeron: Some bodyguard. Claude, I'm really sorry.
Claude: No, it isn't your--
Aeron: I'll repay you when we get out of here. Let's see, the deal was for one date, right?
Tifus: Oh, i get it. GEEZ


Heheheh. This Claude/Aeron/Tifus thing is one of my weirdest brainstorms ever. Well, do you have any scene/dialogue/outfit/other suggestions?
