I've actually read a lot of fanfictions about this. some of them are "The married life of Angels" a little perverted (oK, it's a whole lot perverted <_< ) but absolutely hilarious :D . Then there's baby love which is also funny.

i think that their married life would have been awesome :cleris: ! Ofcourse there'll be times when they do end up fighting (w/c is part of being married) but there fights would have been absolutely funny and cute :fanboy: (at least thats what i think), check out beeria's lover's spat series to see what i mean.

then you have aeris getting pregnant, and let me tell yah theres nothing funnier in this world than seeing a hyped up pregnant lady and a husband who's constantly tortured (in a good and at the same time funny way :P )

I think that if they ever got married, Aerith would be the one to "wear the pants".
I think it'd be a great marriage. She's cheerful and maintains the charm and ability it takes to make Cloud feel good about himself, and Cloud has that sweet awkward nature that Aerith seems to love.

I don't think they'd fight so much, if they did and if it was nothing serious, Aerith would probably play it off as a joke and they would be back to normal.

I totally agree with Zydalia's analysis. Cloud and Aerith would have a beautiful marriage because the two are like puzzle pieces and once they are placed together they complete each other. Aerith would keep Cloud out of his emo ways by being her cheery self and with her beautiful smiles and Cloud would be her bodyguard and protector. I don't think they fight much if at all because if Aerith frowns at Cloud like she did at Leon in KM2, he'd feel so guilty that he'd apologize without a second thought. They remind of Squall and Rinoa, Zidane and Dagger, and Tidus and Yuna.

Of course he would feel guilty!! Who wouldnt be guilty if they saw an angel get sad?? I know I will! :D

This thread inspired me to write another fic which is now included in my long list of things-to-finish. :sad:

Anyway, I think their married life would be very blissful. For me they have always been the epitome of the perfect couple.

They'll probably live in a very simple house---I can imagine a country house in Kalm. And their children (I have a particular bias towards Sora & Roxas as their children. :lol:) are going to be showered with attention and love from them.

Aerith seems to qualify as a stay-at-home mom although I don't think that won't stop her from finding a simple job like putting up a flower shop within the area of their house. As for Cloud, I don't think he can manage expenses on his own. The household is probably not going to be traditional wherein the father is the head of the family. Both of them are going to have to handle things together, which I think is great because they can bond over it and it can strengthen their relationship better. :wub:

After marriage, I too think they'll lead a simple life not in the City, but in countryside or else where not too noisy. Cloud can keep running his delivery job, and Aerith can open a small flower shop. Their taste in decorating the house would be so different since Cloud may love to have all furniture simple and easy(in other word, "dull") while Aerith loves cute extra decorations or something quite feminie. They'll argue over decisions but then come to an agreement of half and half~ :D

Since Aerith is a very cheerful person, there won't be any dull moments inside their house. Whenever Cloud is sad she'll comfort and tease him afterwards (which I find extremely cute). They probably wouldn't have any serious fights and if they have I think Cloud would be the first one to make a move and apologize. Also, he'll smile more often.

hmm thats funnie, yesterday after spending so much time on CXA stuff and pics I naturally dreamed that in advent children Aerith was a live and she was pregnat with clouds son, she was in the chapell with him tought.

I usually dont remember alot on wath I dream so thats all I remember, tought I think that may have occured if she hadnt died.

I do think Cloud and Aeris' married life would be really great. They'd be a great example of a married couple helping each other throughout. Their children would be good-looking and well-mannered kids, and their only problems would really be just minor stuff.

Cloud would do anything 'cause he's a "jack of all trades". Aeris would probably put up a nice flower shop. Well, it'd be a perfect married life for the two.

I can't see them married, but more as lovers living in a cohabitation setting. But if they did marry, I could see it working out.

I guess they would settle down eventually, but concerning the fact Aerith had many dreams (seeing the sky for the first time, riding a airship etc) and Cloud seems to enjoy the great open air, I think they would travel. I think they both have adventous streaks in them which a Picket Fence lifestyle couldn't satisfy right away.

If they did settle down, I can defintely see a Flower Shop joint Delivery Base working out there. I'm not sure whether I picture them with kids ether. Maybe in the future? My view of this pairing in a long term relationship is quite uncoventional. Possibly because Aerith and Tifa are so different people. Tifa has the whole "Family Dynamic" thing going and though Cloud cares for them, it doesn't seem to work as well for him as riding his motorcycle free and wild seems to do. And personally, Aerith seems to strike me as the same.

Still, married and settled or free and careless? Doesn't matter, as long as they are together.

If their love can last beyond death, then I can honestly can see the two of them staying together until the very end. Can't you picture them as one of those old couples sitting together in the park and holding hands? I certainly can. :cleris:

If I'm honest with myself I would rather keep the tragedy there somewhere down the road of their marriage, whatever that may be. Something like this:

On the other hand, it would be wonderful to see little Sora and Roxas growing up with their father and mother, side by side. A few stolen kisses here and there. I guess it would be quite simple to say that I would want the cliche happily ever after for Cloud and Aerith. I can just imagine Aerith wearing a breath taking wedding dress, while it's kind of hard to see Cloud wearing the traditional black tux.

And, then living their lives somewhere in the country where their children can grow up. With each passing day, as they the couple ages, their love only grows stronger. While their children play in the fields together with other children, Cloud kisses Aerith on the forehead. She smiles at him, resting her head on his shoulders.

But, one day, Aerith finds out that she has a life-threatening diseas, taking her away from Cloud and her beloved children. Cloud, at first, doesn't know what to do without her love to guide him, but he holds her memory close to his heart. Meanwhile, the children grow to be sucessful adults in the world, and Aerith watches over them from the Heavens, proudly.

Now, as Cloud closes his ancient eyes. He is old and frail in underneath the sheets of his bed. He looks over to the spot where his beloved wife once slept, and it is finally for him to pass on into the next life. Though, he will miss his children and their children, he knows that his spirit will always be with him, just like Aerith's had always been there for him. Cloud Strife reunites with Aerith in the Promise Land, and now they have eternity to spend together.

That's just my little idea for them, because I do love tragedies with a happy ending.
