Well why is Aerith being placed as mother to Cloud within Advent Children he calls her mother, and with the maiden it says that she watched them as a mother or something like that.

At the end of AC, he reacts to Aerith's touch by saying "Mother...". He's not calling her that specifically, he's just reacting to her comforting presence.

I can't remember where it said in MOTP that Aerith watched over him like a mother. I actually thought that was Tifa? *confused*

Regardless, consider two things:

- Aerith is presented as the mother of the planet, not specifically Cloud's mother (as Tifa is protrayed). I personally have not found what differentiates the two, but there should be some difference since SE bothers to confirm that Aerith's maternal side is different from Tifa's.

- All guys secretly love their mothers anyway. :P Just like how all girls secretly wanna date their fathers. :3

And welcome to the forums. ^_^ Since The Church is primarily for introducing yourself, I recommend posting your questions in the more suitable parts of the forum. You'll probably get more responses that way.

If your questions have to do with AC, you can start a thread in any of the AC forums (or add your post to an existing thread). Similarly, BC questions belong in the BC forum, FFVII-only questions go in the FFVII forum etc. If it has to do with the LTD, you can go specifically to the LTD forum.

A lot of sections overlap so don't worry if you're unsure. The staff will move it if they have to, so leave that problem to us. :)

Okie dokki thanks :winner: and I have another small confession I kinda like the friendship between Cloud and Tifa she's like a sweetheart sister to him :tifa: though my friend who is usually shown as TLCgurl5 is a big fan of Cloti, we never debate over the stuff but she has place her foot down about what she thinks.

Well I can think of four silver heads on top of my head and I may not agree with what everyone says but I'll try to be open minded.
